As Attorney General, she will:

• Stand Up Against Donald Trump: Jena is no stranger to standing up to Donald Trump. She will fight back against Donald Trump's unconstitutional actions and policies, ensuring Colorado remains a beacon of justice and democratic values. 
  

• Defend Reproductive Freedom: Jena will protect Coloradans’ access to reproductive health care from attempts to restrict it. She will also protect abortion access in Colorado, and will stand against any attempt to prosecute women or doctors over reproductive healthcare.  

• Safeguard Constitutional Rights: Jena will protect all Coloradans’ freedoms and ensure that Colorado remains a place for all, regardless of sex, race, religion, or gender orientation. 

• Civil Rights Protection: Jena will work tirelessly to protect and promote civil rights for every individual in Colorado.
